Yvonne Yongbin Liu is the Founder and Broker in Charge at Siton Realty. She has years of real estate experience, and she has helped local clients and international clients relocating to the Triangle , NC area to find their dream homes or investment properties. She  is responsible, caring and  trustworthy.  She aims for 100% satisfaction for her clients. Besides her native language Chinese, she also speaks fluent English and German.

Prior to Siton Realty, she had years of  professional experience in different industries. She earned her Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering in China. She studied and worked in Germany in the field of  Information Technology.  After moving to USA  from Germany, she worked as a Financial Planner at Prudential Financial in Massachusetts.

She is dedicated to promoting Chinese cultural and served as President of  Chinese Cultural society of Greater Nashua, New Hampshire. With her superb singing talents she is an active member of Chinese RTP Singing club and Chorus.

 She lives in Cary, NC and has a caring husband and two lovely children.
